All products are delivered without warranty as to delivery times, except for deliveries to individuals. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed for an address in CANADA on the day of payment + 8 days and, for other destinations, on the day of payment + 1 month.

The customer has seven days from delivery to return the product if it is not satisfied. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is then reimbursed the price of the product in the month of receipt of it by the company BIOARGENT INC.
